Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will forfeit the 50% deposit. In the case a deposit has not been made, the card on file will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Same day cancellation will require full payment, which will be charged to the card on file.

Failure to show to your appointment without notice will require the full service being charged to your card on file as well as the inability to book future appointments.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10mins late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full service of appointment.

There are no refunds or partial refunds given under any circumstances.

If you are sick or have been around someone who is/has been sick within the last 7 days, please reschedule your appointment. If you come to your appointment sick, I have the right to send you home and cancel the appointment to protect my health, which will result in the loss of the deposit or 50% being charged to your card on file.
